Use this page to tell us that you are withdrawing from a purchase. You do not need an account, a reason, or the email address you bought with. We record the date and time you submit your declaration and send a receipt to the email address you give.

Your details

Your order reference from the order confirmation email is best. If you do not have it, describe the purchase, for example the asset name and the date you bought it.

We send the acknowledgement of your declaration here and reply to it. It does not have to be the email you used to buy.

Other ways to withdraw

You do not have to use this page. Any clear statement that you are withdrawing is enough, for example an email to [email protected].
