This policy lists the cookies our shop uses. They are all strictly necessary for the shop to work, so we do not use them to track you or show you advertising.

A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Trivomesh Limited, trading as Mesh & Moss, sets the cookies below on our own website. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data more generally.
2. Cookies we use
All of these are first-party cookies, set only by our website, and strictly necessary for a service you ask for:
- meshmoss_cart: remembers the items in your cart. Lasts up to 30 days.
- meshmoss_csrf: protects forms, checkout, and the withdrawal function against requests forged by other websites. Lasts up to 24 hours and may be renewed.
- meshmoss_payment_cart: lets the payment status page find your checkout after you return from our payment provider. Sent only to the payment status pages. Lasts up to 30 days.
- meshmoss_recent_order: lets you view the confirmation of the order you just placed. Sent only to the order status pages. Lasts up to 24 hours.
- connect.sid: keeps you signed in to your library after you use a sign-in link or your password. Lasts up to 10 hours, or until you sign out.
Our network and security provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie (for example __cf_bm) to protect the website against automated abuse. It does not identify you to us.
3. Why we do not ask for cookie consent
UK and EU rules require consent for cookies unless they are strictly necessary for a service you request. Because we use only strictly necessary cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner. We do not use analytics, advertising, or social media cookies, and we do not use local storage or similar technologies to track you. If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
4. Managing cookies
You can view, delete, or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block these cookies, the cart, checkout, sign-in, or library may not work. Deleting cookies does not delete orders or other records we keep; our privacy policy explains how long those are kept.
