Mesh & Moss / FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about buying, downloads, the license, refunds, and your data. These summarise our policies; if anything differs, the full policies linked from each answer apply.

Buying and payment

What do you sell?

Downloadable digital files: licensed 3D models, materials, skies and related files. Each purchase is a one-off payment with no subscriptions or automatic renewals, and nothing physical is posted. Browse the shop.

Who am I buying from?

Mesh & Moss is a trading name of Trivomesh Limited, a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom (company number 17446722), with its registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, England, HR5 3DJ. We sell our own catalogue directly and are not a marketplace for other sellers. The contact page has our full details.

What currency are prices in?

Prices are in euros (EUR) and are the same whether you buy as a consumer or as a business. The total shown at checkout, after any discount, is what you pay. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or other charges.

How do I pay, and does the shop see my card details?

Payment is completed on a secure page run by our payment provider, and the checkout shows the Visa and Mastercard marks. The shop does not receive your full card number or security code. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment.

What if my payment is declined, pending or charged twice?

An incomplete, declined or unconfirmed payment does not give access to downloads. If a payment is pending, check its status before trying again so you do not pay twice. If you were charged more than once, or more than the confirmed total, contact us and we will refund the amount wrongly charged.

Downloads and access

How do I get my files after paying?

Once your payment is confirmed and our checkout checks pass, the purchased release appears in your library and we email an order confirmation to the address you used at checkout. A payment or security review can delay this, so contact us if a confirmed purchase does not appear.

Do I need an account?

No, you can buy as a guest. To open your library, request a sign-in link at the email address you used at checkout; the link works once and expires after 15 minutes, and you can request a new one at any time. You can also set a password after verifying your email.

My download link has expired. What now?

Download links are short-lived for security. While your purchase is active, open your library and create a new one whenever you need it.

Which file formats and software are supported?

Each product page lists its files, formats and compatibility before you buy, so check them against your software. We do not promise compatibility with every tool or future software version. Browse the shop.

License

What can I do with the assets?

You can use and modify them in personal and commercial projects, including paid client work, with no attribution or royalty required. You cannot resell or redistribute the source files, including modified versions, as standalone assets or asset packs. The standard license has the full detail.

Do I get later releases of an asset?

Your purchase covers the release described at checkout and stays in your library. Later releases are separate, are not charged automatically, and are not included unless a listing expressly promises them. It is sensible to keep your own backups of what you download. See the standard license.

Refunds and withdrawal

Can I change my mind and withdraw from a purchase?

If you buy as a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you normally have 14 days, starting the day after the contract is concluded, to withdraw without giving a reason. Elsewhere, including Switzerland, any cancellation or withdrawal right given by the mandatory law where you live applies. See the terms of sale.

How does immediate access affect my right to withdraw?

At checkout a separate box, never ticked for you, lets you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose a statutory right to withdraw once supply begins. Ticking it does not end the right on its own: that happens only once the files have actually been supplied and the other legal conditions in the terms of sale are met. Your order confirmation records what you accepted.

How do I withdraw?

Use Withdraw from contract, linked at the foot of every page. You do not need an account or a reason, and any other clear statement, such as an email, also works. We check whether the right applies to your purchase and reply to you.

What if a file is faulty or not as described?

Losing the right to withdraw does not affect your rights if a file is faulty, missing or materially different from its description. Contact us with your order reference, the affected file and what is wrong. We usually start with a repair or replacement, and where that is not possible you may be entitled to a price reduction or, where the law provides, a refund; see the refund and digital delivery policy.

How are refunds paid?

Refunds go back to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, and we charge no refund fee. After a valid withdrawal we reimburse you without undue delay and within 14 days of being told of it. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Privacy and support

How do I contact support?

Email [email protected] and include your order reference if you have one. The contact page lists what to include for each kind of request.

What happens to my personal data?

We use your email address, billing country and order details to take payment, deliver your files and give you access to your library, and we do not sell personal data. The shop uses only strictly necessary cookies, with no advertising or analytics cookies. The privacy policy and cookie policy explain what we keep and how to exercise your rights.
